NeckFace is a graffiti/street artist based in LA (though his work [and the work of imitators] can be seen worldwide)
I've seen his stuff in San Francisco and New York.
His work has somehow managed to cross over from brick walls and sign-posts to fine art galleries, and in the process his medium has shifted from spray paint and cattle marker to more fine-art materials and beercans (???)
His work is definitely still raw though, without question.
